Seller Agreement & Commercial License
Commercial use terms for Premium subscribers
Effective: January 18, 2026
What You Can Do (Premium Subscribers)
- Sell physical 3D-printed objects made from our files
- Use our designs as the basis for products you manufacture and sell
- Sell on any platform (Etsy, Amazon, your own store, craft fairs, etc.)
- Set your own prices for physical products
What You Cannot Do
- Sell, share, or redistribute the digital files (STL, G-code, 3MF, etc.)
- Claim you designed the original models
- Represent yourself as Outpost 3D or 3D Resilience Labs
- Use our files to produce weapons, medical devices, or regulated items
Your Responsibilities as a Seller
As the Manufacturer of Record, you are responsible for:
- Quality control of every item you sell
- Material selection appropriate for the item's intended use
- Safety testing before selling to customers
- Including the required disclaimer with every sale (see Merchant License, Section 5)
- Complying with all applicable laws (sales tax, consumer protection, etc.)
Liability
By selling physical prints made from our designs:
- You assume all liability for the products you manufacture and sell
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Resilience Labs LLC
- You understand the designs are provided "as-is" with no warranty
- You agree to the full terms of the Merchant License Agreement
License Duration
Your commercial license is active only while your Premium subscription is current. If your subscription lapses:
